State Licensed Claims Advocate

Job Summary

Handling the full lifecycle of dwelling and condo claims, the full-time State Licensed Claims Advocate will investigate and settle property losses while providing exceptional customer care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage dwelling and condo claims from first notice of loss through final resolution
• Settle claims components efficiently and keep customers informed throughout the process
• Develop expertise in peril-based policies to confidently handle complex claims

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of technical claims handling experience, particularly with fire, water, and weather losses
• Proven experience managing losses valued over $10K across various claim types
• Active Property & Casualty adjuster license in your resident state
• Familiarity with major national property service vendors
• Experience with identifying and handling claims with suspicious flags
