Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the selection, training, and evaluation of department attorneys
• Establishes goals and objectives, providing direction and feedback to attorneys
• Tracks work product and ensures consistent, effective communication of legal advice

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and law school degree (J.D.) from an accredited institution
• Member in good standing of a State Bar
• Eight or more years of experience handling complex insurance coverage matters
• Three years of prior management experience preferred
• Collaborative working style with strong interpersonal skills
