A company is looking for a Claims Coverage & Litigation Management Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection, training, and evaluation of department attorneys
• Provide legal advice and strategic solutions to clients regarding coverage and litigation matters
• Manage department metrics, budget, and inter-departmental coordination to enhance efficiency and reduce risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Eight or more years of experience in complex insurance coverage and litigation
• Three years of prior management experience preferred
• Member in good standing of a State Bar
• Collaborative working style with strong interpersonal skills
