Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Claims APD Estimating.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess damage and estimate repair costs
• Proactively communicate with vehicle owners, insurance adjusters, and repair facilities regarding repair options and estimates
• Negotiate repair costs and timelines with repair facilities and manage repairs to completion

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certification in automotive repair or related field preferred
• 5 years prior experience as an auto damage appraiser, estimator, or in a similar role
• Active adjuster's license is required
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair processes
• Proficiency in using estimating software such as Mitchell
