State Licensed Claims Representative

Job Summary

To analyze and process low to mid-level auto commercial trucking and transportation claims, the full-time State Licensed Claims Representative will manage claims, assess damages, and ensure proper documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop action plans to meet state-required contract deadlines and facilitate prompt claim resolution
• Communicate claim actions with insured parties, clients, and agents or brokers as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Three years of personal line or commercial line property claims management experience
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Experience with property estimating software is a plus
