Job Summary
Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto commercial trucking and transportation claims, the full-time State Licensed Claims Representative will ensure proper documentation, meet state contract deadlines, and maintain professional client relations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, assessing damage and making payments
- Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required contract deadlines for claim resolution
- Identify subrogation opportunities and communicate claim actions with insured, clients, and agents or brokers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Three years of personal line or commercial line property claims management experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of construction basics and property estimating software experience is a plus
- Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
- Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
