State Licensed Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto commercial trucking and transportation claims, the full-time State Licensed Claims Representative will ensure proper documentation, meet state contract deadlines, and maintain professional client relations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, assessing damage and making payments
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required contract deadlines for claim resolution
• Identify subrogation opportunities and communicate claim actions with insured, clients, and agents or brokers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Three years of personal line or commercial line property claims management experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction basics and property estimating software experience is a plus
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
