Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist to adjust complex or high exposure construction defect claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to a collaborative environment and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal teams
• Investigate claims, document coverage details, and resolve potential coverage questions
• Exercise judgment in applying legal liability, manage claims within guidelines, and provide regular updates on file status

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction defect claims management experience preferred
• College degree or equivalent claims management experience required
• 5+ years litigation management experience preferred
• Must hold an individual adjusting license for a designated home State
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
