State Licensed Client Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Client Relations Team Specialist who serves as a resource to clients and provides prompt, efficient, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming client service requests for mid to large accounts
• Process endorsements and issue new business
• Answer client questions regarding coverage and remarket accounts as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Current State Insurance License or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn insurance company and firm software programs
• Capable of typing a minimum of 55 words per minute
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
