State Licensed Client Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Team Specialist to provide high-quality service to HNW clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts
• Process endorsements and issue new business
• Answer client questions regarding coverage and remarket accounts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current State Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn insurance company and firm software programs
• Capable of typing a minimum of 55 words per minute
