State Licensed Client Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing high-quality service to high-net-worth clients, the full-time remote State Licensed Client Relations Specialist will respond to client service requests, process endorsements, and address coverage inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts
• Process endorsements and issue new business
• Answer client questions regarding coverage and remarket accounts as needed

Required qualifications

• Current State Insurance License or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn relevant insurance company and firm software programs
• Typing speed of a minimum of 55 words per minute
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
