State Licensed Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the State Licensed Client Service Specialist will analyze client data, prepare insurance documents, and assist client service teams in delivering effective risk management solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepares documents for presenting risks to market and updates draft renewal proposals
• Analyzes complex data and compiles reports while recording data into appropriate software programs
• Handles the renewal of bonds and flood policies, processes endorsements, and completes special projects as assigned

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in the insurance industry required; 2+ years preferred
• Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance or is willing to obtain them within the first 90 days of employment
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong analytical and research skills
