Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Analyst to join their Clinical Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to and execute clinical consulting engagements by assessing workflows and designing solutions
Guide clients in implementing and optimizing care management programs
Analyze program performance data and contribute to recommendations for improving efficiency and outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, health informatics, or a related field
Active clinical license (RN, LCSW, OT, PT, or similar)
2+ years of relevant experience in value-based care models
Familiarity with CMS care management programs
Experience leading or supporting quality improvement initiatives
