Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Clinical Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate the performance of clinical team members using quality scorecards
  • Analyze clinical calls and video conferences to identify trends and improve patient experience
  • Prepare internal quality reports and participate in training and calibration sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with an active nursing license
  • Minimum of 2 years of QA/QC or clinical safety experience
  • Recommended 2-3 years of experience in reimbursement/insurance or healthcare billing
  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of medication guidelines and regulations
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and cooperatively
