Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Clinical Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate the performance of clinical team members using quality scorecards
- Analyze clinical calls and video conferences to identify trends and improve patient experience
- Prepare internal quality reports and participate in training and calibration sessions
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with an active nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of QA/QC or clinical safety experience
- Recommended 2-3 years of experience in reimbursement/insurance or healthcare billing
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of medication guidelines and regulations
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and cooperatively
