Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Performance Auditor- Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct record reviews to identify process improvement opportunities and analyze data for internal and external presentations
• Engage with client teams to provide feedback and education on best practices related to record reviews
• Participate in product performance audits and support product innovation through medical record reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RN)
• 5+ years of experience in utilization management and clinical documentation auditing
• Self-starter with a strong motivation to succeed
• Highly organized with a focus on quality of work
• Ability to travel for department and company meetings
