Job Summary

Serving as a trusted clinical advisor, the remote Vice President, Clinical Consulting & Advocacy will manage healthcare analytics and client consulting, focusing on improving employer clients' understanding of healthcare cost drivers and trends while developing actionable strategies for better health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical advisor to employer clients, analyzing healthcare cost drivers and claims trends
• Review and interpret clinical and healthcare claims data to identify cost-containment opportunities
• Develop analytics-driven clinical strategies that enhance health outcomes and employee engagement

Required qualifications

• Active U.S. clinical licensure required (RN minimum; advanced licensure preferred)
• 5+ years of clinical experience in areas such as direct patient care or clinical consulting
• Experience interpreting healthcare claims and developing strategic recommendations
• Strong communication skills to present complex clinical information clearly
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
