Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Director, Neuro Transitional Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
• Monitor performance indicators and lead quality improvement initiatives across centers
• Assist in the development and integration of clinical protocols and support new center openings

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Registered Nurse
• Master's degree or higher preferred; bachelor's degree or BSN required
• Three or more years of experience in a senior management or director role
• Five or more years of experience supporting multiple inpatient rehabilitation hospitals
• Certified BLS required within 90 days of hire or promotion
