State Licensed Clinical Director

Job Summary

Providing leadership and oversight for a multidisciplinary team, the part-time per diem State Licensed Clinical Director will manage daily clinical functions, develop policies, and ensure quality patient care for adults living with HIV in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement nursing policies and procedures to enhance the work environment and clinical operations
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to maintain compliance with policies and develop clinical SOPs
• Mentor clinical support staff and assist with nursing coverage as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years of management experience
• Appropriate state nursing licensure for providing nursing duties
• Experience in instructing clinical support staff on patient care procedures
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and standard computer applications
