Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Excellence RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety investigations, root cause analyses, and risk mitigation efforts
• Conduct quality audits and support clinical quality improvement activities
• Monitor compliance with clinical practice standards and develop necessary agreements

Required Qualifications

• Current RN License in good standing in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Four or more years of clinical experience
• At least 2 years of experience in quality, patient safety, clinical audit, and/or clinical policy
• CPHQ or CPPS certifications highly preferred
