Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Excellence RN to improve patient care quality and ensure safety through various clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety investigations and coordinate root cause analyses for safety events
• Conduct quality audits and support clinical quality improvement activities
• Monitor compliance with clinical practice standards and ensure adherence to organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• Current RN License in good standing in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Four or more years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in quality or patient safety roles
• CPHQ or CPPS certifications highly preferred
• Ambulatory provider-based and geriatric care experience highly desired
