Job Summary

Supporting high-quality clinical services, the remote Associate Clinical Hold Resolution Liaison will manage clinical hold reviews, resolve order issues, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the genetic testing process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise for hold resolution and communicate with clients to address clinical issues related to test orders
• Review genetic test orders for appropriateness and ensure compliance with clinical protocols to prevent delays in testing
• Document order details and updates in internal systems to support downstream test processing and maintain high-quality client support

Required qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited genetic counseling program or a related field with relevant clinical experience; or an MD/DO with expertise in human genetics
• Certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) for Genetic Counselors, with state licensure as required
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally, with proficiency in internal systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Demonstrated professional-level proficiency in mathematical reasoning and computer literacy
• Prior clinical or laboratory experience preferred but not required
