A company is looking for a Clinical Manager, Medicare & Formulary Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Medicare and Commercial formularies
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate formulary coding and functionality
• Oversee formulary operations to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state of residence
• 5+ years of pharmacy operations experience, including 3+ years in Medicare formulary operations
• Moderate to high-level expertise in MS Excel
• Strong background in formulary coding within PBM platforms
• Experience with rebate aggregators or manufacturers in formulary strategy
