Job Summary
Overseeing day-to-day clinical and operational functions across multiple states, the fully remote State Licensed Clinical Manager will provide leadership and support to Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) and clinical staff while managing operational workflows, including payroll coordination and onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Monitors and manages multi-state clinical and operational KPIs, ensuring quality care and operational consistency
- Provides leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to APNs and clinical staff, assisting with crisis management and clinical problem-solving
- Implements new workflows and initiatives to enhance patient care and overall program performance
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, or a related mental health discipline; active Advanced Practice Nurse (APN/PMHNP) licensure required
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership, supervisory, or management experience within behavioral health or healthcare operations
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency in crisis intervention and psychiatric assessment
- Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-state clinical operations preferred
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, including scheduling and staff management
