State Licensed Clinical Operations AVP

Job Summary

Leading a team of clinical professionals, the full-time salaried State Licensed Clinical Operations AVP will provide strategic direction for enterprise clinical operations and program design initiatives to enhance member outcomes and support clinicians across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategy for clinical operations, ensuring accountability for performance and financial results
• Designs and deploys clinical health programs, including managing cross-functional workgroups and developing clinical outcome metrics
• Collaborates with internal partners to leverage data analytics and improve clinical operations while overseeing performance monitoring and risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in health care, preferably in clinical operations, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in fostering collaboration and employee engagement
• Clinical licensure and/or certification relevant to the area of expertise may be required
• Experience in utilization management, care management, or related health care areas
• Proficiency in data analytics and implementing data-driven programs and solutions
