State Licensed Clinical Operations Director

Job Summary

To lead and optimize the clinical pharmacist division's performance, the full-time remote State Licensed Clinical Operations Director will manage day-to-day operations, oversee clinical quality, and drive team performance while maintaining a strong focus on patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacist operations with a focus on productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of clinical pharmacists, driving accountability and performance improvement
• Oversee quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and organizational standards

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence
• 5+ years of clinical or operational pharmacy experience
• 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of ambulatory care and medication management workflows
