Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Lead to oversee safety and care quality in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor safety escalations and assess clinical risks, making immediate decisions on incident responses
• Review and enhance client care plans while providing real-time guidance to Care Professionals
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support complex care situations and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in emergency services, clinical care, nursing, or related healthcare fields
• RN or LVN qualification required
• Experience with elderly care, including ALF, SNF, MCU, or hospice clients
• Proficiency in workplace communication tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slack)
• Strong decision-making skills and emotional discipline
