Job Summary

Leading day-to-day operations, the full-time remote State Licensed Clinical Operations Supervisor will oversee team performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical staff through decision-making and policy implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with clinical documentation and workflows
• Manage complex case investigations and coordinate departmental workload to meet goals
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures while providing training and support to staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical field; an associate's degree with 5 years of experience may be considered
• Active RN license in good standing, eligible for licensing in all US states and territories
• 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build productive working relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
