Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Delegation Oversight Manager to provide advanced clinical and operational expertise in overseeing delegated clinical functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delegated clinical functions meet clinical, financial, contractual, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
• Conduct end-to-end oversight of delegated clinical entities, including performance monitoring and audits
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure high-quality and cost-effective vendor performance

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in health care, preferably in clinical consultancy or process improvement
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Understanding of clinical operations, including utilization and care management
• Experience in performance management and execution of corrective action plans
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead and achieve results
