Required Qualifications

Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) or relevant experience required
Current unrestricted licensure recognized in the United States
Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical oncology or managed care
Proficient in evaluating oncology drug treatment decisions using primary scientific literature
Proficient in MS Office Suite
