Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to impact patient care through medication access management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and make timely, accurate coverage determinations for prior authorization requests
• Document clinical decisions using workflow systems and PBM platforms
• Collaborate with Coverage Determination Analysts and prescribers to gather needed information

Required Qualifications

• Active PharmD or RPh license in good standing
• Experience in retail, clinical, or PBM pharmacy roles
• Ability to manage high-volume casework while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Comfort working within multiple PBM systems and adapting to new technologies quickly
