Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology firm, the remote Clinical Program Pharmacist will manage clinical quality, optimize patient outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring adherence to medication guidelines and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain the clinical quality of product content and assist in clinical program development
- Respond to inquiries from providers and stakeholders as the platform subject matter expert
- Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication utilization and improve clinical algorithms based on new guidelines
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college/university
- Licensed by a Board of Pharmacy and in good standing
- Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of chronic disease states and their management
- Proven ability to work within technical environments and manage structured data
