State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support safe and effective medication services, the full-time remote State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will review patient profiles, process prescriptions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Review and complete pharmacy-related criteria, including patient profiles and prescription information
- Enter prescriptions into the computer system and perform final quality checks on dispensed medications
- Communicate with patients and physicians to resolve prescription questions and provide therapeutic interventions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence
- Minimum two years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or hospital setting
- Experience with prescription review, processing, and dispensing
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with secure technology
