State Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing all Clinical Pharmacy activities, the full-time State Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Manager will ensure service consistency, manage utilization targets, and coordinate specialty pharmacy processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the pre-determination process for specialty pharmacy and develop integrated service delivery
• Monitor productivity and utilization trends while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coach and develop staff, fostering positive relationships with internal departments and external providers

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent work experience is required
• Unrestricted registered pharmacist (RPh) licensure in the state of practice is required
• Three to five years of experience in Managed Care/Medicaid is required
• Three to five years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy Utilization is required
• Preferred experience in Case Management or home health care
