State Licensed Clinical Practice Leader

Job Summary

Providing executive-level strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for Peak Health Services, the full-time Clinical and Health Engagement Practice Leader will ensure clinical program integrity, operational excellence, and drive growth through national client relationships while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion clinical quality standards and oversee health coaching programs for chronic disease management
• Lead the development of digital health delivery platforms and ensure compliance with clinical standards
• Direct the Peak Health leadership team to enhance client and participant experiences while managing P&L performance

Required qualifications

• Active RN licensure; APRN/NP or other advanced clinical degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years in employer health management, occupational health, or population health
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience with P&L accountability
• Expertise in health risk stratification and biometric programs
• Proven ROI delivery for self-insured employer clients
