Job Summary

Driving the development of innovative clinical programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Programs - Substance Abuse Disorder & Cardiology will own the clinical and operational roadmap for these service lines, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the clinical and operational roadmap for Substance Use Disorder and Cardiology service lines
• Build sustainable, tech-enabled clinical programs from the ground up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical integrity aligns with business objectives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical nursing experience and management, with a background in Substance Use Disorder and a current RN license
• Preferred clinical background in Cardiology or relevant certifications
• Experience in a high-growth healthcare or technology company
• Proven track record in program development
• Ability to manage strategic planning and operational troubleshooting effectively
