Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Programs to lead and scale clinical service lines in Oncology and Substance Use Disorder.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the clinical and operational roadmap for Oncology and Substance Use Disorder service lines
• Build sustainable, tech-enabled clinical programs from the ground up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical integrity aligns with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical nursing experience and management, with a background in Oncology and a current RN license
• Preferred background in mental health or a psychiatric certification (e.g., PMHNP, RN-BC)
• Experience in a high-growth healthcare or technology company
• Proven track record in program development
• Ability to navigate between strategic planning and operational troubleshooting
