Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the quality and compliance of peer review case reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client instructions and specifications
• Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring all content meets quality standards and adheres to regulations
• Assist in resolving client complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management for various categories
