Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator - Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Verify the accuracy and integrity of case reports, including clinical citations and peer reviewer credentials
• Assist in resolving client complaints and provide support to the Quality Assurance Department as needed

Required Qualifications

• Registered nursing license required
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and HIPAA regulations
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly in claims management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operations
