Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Referral Coordinator to provide customer service to referral sources and their patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing thorough and courteous responses to inquiries
• Complete insurance verifications and obtain prior authorizations in compliance with guidelines
• Process orders accurately and timely, maintaining documentation in patient records

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Professional licensure or certification such as LPN/LVN, RT, RN
• Six months of inbound customer service experience
• Preferred six months of experience in a healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service role
