State Licensed Clinical Registrar

Job Summary

To support cancer data management, the full-time State Licensed Clinical Registrar will collect, compile, and maintain demographic and clinical data on cancer cases diagnosed or treated at Providence facilities, working remotely while ensuring compliance with American College of Surgeons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain data on all cancer cases from various sources including EPIC and Mosaic
• Prepare information for state submissions, NCDB submissions, and local analysis
• Ensure compliance with cancer registry standards set by the American College of Surgeons

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• Two years of cancer registry experience in lieu of an Associate's degree
• Oncology Data Specialist certification from the National Cancer Registrars Association upon hire
• Minimum of two years of cancer registry experience
