Job Summary

To enhance clinical trial efficiency, the full-time State Licensed Clinical Research Director will oversee the Clinical Trials Start-Up and Activation team, ensuring timely protocol submissions, study implementation, and effective communication with stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the Clinical Trial Start-Up and Activation team to achieve study activation goals
• Create and maintain a centralized feasibility review process for clinical studies
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring adherence to institutional processes

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree required
• Seven years of clinical research experience, including three years in a supervisory role
• Experience managing protocol submissions and activations
• Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) credential required
• Experience working with industry sponsors and feasibility review processes preferred
