Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform utilization management case reviews
Maintain productivity and quality scores per company standards
Provide clinical direction and support to management and independent reviewers

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacist; PGY 1 preferred
Experience with commercial appeals and health plans or pharmacy benefits managers preferred
Credentialed and privileged by the company's credentialing committee
PharmD degree and pharmacist license in good standing
Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as required
