State Licensed Clinical Service Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Clinical Service Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates communication between internal teams, healthcare providers, and clients to support case resolution
• Answers clinical questions regarding samples, testing, and result interpretation
• Manages routine cases and ensures appropriate escalation and follow-through

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree from an accredited genetic counseling program, or a Master's/PhD in a related field with clinical experience, or an MD/DO with expertise in human genetics
• Certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) for Genetic Counselors
• Licensure in the applicable state, if required
• Prior clinical or laboratory experience preferred
• Proficiency in internal systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications
