Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Clinical Service Liaison to support high-quality clinical services throughout the genetic testing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates communication between internal teams, healthcare providers, and clients for timely case resolution
• Answers clinical questions regarding samples, testing, and result interpretation
• Manages routine cases and ensures appropriate escalation and follow-through

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree from an accredited genetic counseling program
• Certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) for Genetic Counselors
• Licensure in the applicable state where the employee works
• Prior clinical or laboratory experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in internal systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications
