Job Summary

Leading a team of clinical experts, the full-time remote Clinical Services Assistant Manager will oversee clinical operations, manage team performance, and drive process improvements to enhance claim outcomes and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical services operations, including nurse case management and bill review functions
• Evaluate referrals and manage team workload, ensuring effective integration of clinical services into claims handling processes
• Develop team capabilities, drive process improvements, and support the implementation of new clinical programs and tools

Required qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Eight years of nursing experience, with at least four years in property and casualty clinical claim oversight
• Legal Nurse Consultant Certified (LNCC) or Case Management (CM) designation preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
