Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Solutions Clinician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary clinical resource for internal teams, providing expertise on best practices and emerging healthcare trends
• Translate best practice clinical behaviors to improve patient outcomes and monitor key clinical performance indicators
• Lead the design and implementation of clinical programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment

Required Qualifications:

• Active Clinical Licensure/Certification (e.g., RN, CNM, NP, LCSW, or Certified Doula)
• Minimum of 3+ years in clinical leadership, management, or focused project roles
• Minimum of 5+ years in direct patient-care roles
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
