State Licensed Clinical Strategist

Job Summary

To drive clinical strategy and product direction, the remote Principal Clinical Strategist will leverage expertise in preoperative medicine and clinical workflow transformation, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer outcomes and influence the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to clinical decision-making on product priorities and oversee the clinical outcomes framework
• Build and maintain executive-level clinical relationships and serve as a key liaison during sales and implementation phases
• Lead and develop the clinical organization while setting standards for clinical workflow design and change management

Required Qualifications

• Active RN with advanced practice credentials, CRNA, or MD/DO in Anesthesiology
• Minimum 5 years of clinical leadership experience in senior roles within anesthesia departments
• Direct experience with pre-anesthesia testing operations and workflow design
• Experience in a health-tech or healthcare AI company in a clinical leadership capacity
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
