Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Clinical Strategist to lead enterprise-wide projects aimed at improving health outcomes through strategic clinical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize strategic foresight and critical thinking to develop and implement solutions for current and future healthcare challenges
• Produce high-quality executive communications tailored to senior leadership and organizational priorities
• Act as an advisor and subject matter expert to senior leadership, identifying opportunities and risks within clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, healthcare, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or a degree with 10+ years of experience
• Professional state-issued license with a clinical designation (e.g., RN, Dietitian, Physical Therapist, Social Worker)
• Strong understanding of value-based care and healthcare payment models
• Experience in data-driven strategic decision-making
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the healthcare industry
