State Licensed Clinical Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Clinical Strategy to lead high-impact programs in rare disease diagnostics and precision medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of evidence generation strategies for clinical programs
• Lead and oversee clinical research projects utilizing internal data and ensure alignment with clinical programs
• Manage collaborations with internal and external stakeholders for research efforts and oversee publication development

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• PhD, MD (or equivalent) with board certification in clinical molecular genetics required
• 10+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory or industry role as a board certified ABMGG fellow
• 5+ years of experience in a medical affairs role
• 5+ years of experience leading research efforts related to molecular diagnostics in rare diseases
• Strong level of clinical genetics knowledge in rare diseases and a strong publication record
