State Licensed Clinical Success Manager
Job Summary
To support radiation oncology clinics, the full-time salaried State Licensed Clinical Success Manager will manage client relationships, deliver presentations on QuickCode automated billing QA software, and provide training and troubleshooting assistance remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the sales team to demonstrate QuickCode software to prospective customers
- Drive customer adoption through implementation and training, establishing sustainable QuickCode workflows
- Proactively check in with current customers to gather feedback and share new features
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology and medical coding
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ARIA and/or MOSAIQ OIS
- AMAC ROCC certified or equivalent
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
