Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor - PAC - UM.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Post-Acute Care team, providing leadership and guidance on patient-centered interventions
• Function as the lead clinical resource, supporting training and clinical oversight for team members
• Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and assist in auditing Post-Acute Care cases for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing/Practical Nursing or equivalent, with an active nursing license
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in healthcare, case management, and utilization management
• 1-2 years of prior authorization experience for Medicare or Medicare Advantage Home Health
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of Medicare PDGM and health care delivery regulations
